Hi,
I cleaned the disk using dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/ad0 bs=1M but it still
didn't resolve the issue..

FreeBSD Disklabel Editor SEES the HD empty, which is fine, but it can't
write anything on it..

Any more help?
