In addition to the recent changes to the email infrastructure,
additional work is happening behind the scenes, most of which should be
transparent from the outside.

Part of this work includes changes to the Subversion mirrors, one of
which recently had its SSL certificate expire (svn0.bme.FreeBSD.org)
before the planned changes could be made.

To avoid concerns from people using this mirror, I have updated the SSL
certificate expiration, which as a result changes the SHA1 fingerprint.

The new fingerprint for svn0.eu.FreeBSD.org is:

98:22:1F:B0:CF:20:ED:3F:5D:05:38:AB:50:F1:47:53:3C:6B:14:6A

This has already been updated in the SVN Mirrors list in the FreeBSD
Handbook, which will reflect the updated SHA1 fingerprint when the
in-progress build has completed.
