Terminated errors are very common in logs and it assumes that it will be
transient but I have seen cases where these errors persist more then a day
. Because these IOPS will retry without decrementing the retry count ,
commands can hang or can take very much time.

So my questions are:-

What all the reasons can be for such kind of issues?
what are the ways to fix these issues?
