kernel: (da152:mps1:0:170:0): WRITE(10). CDB: 2a 00 31 f8 a3 42 00 00 08 00 length 4096 SMID 339 *terminated* ioc 804b scsi 0 state c xfer 0 Terminated errors are very common in logs and it assumes that it will be transient but I have seen cases where these errors persist more then a day . Because these IOPS will retry without decrementing the retry count , commands can hang or can take very much time. So my questions are:- What all the reasons can be for such kind of issues? what are the ways to fix these issues?
