 There's a little problem with this: the patch-ct in your PR seems to be
 identical to patch-ce; at the same time, ppm/411topbm.c fails to compile.
 
 Are you sure you did not mean to add a patch to 411topbm.c, instead of
 resubmitting the already-existing patch-ce, adding options parsing to
 ppm/ppmchange.c?
