In short, people want something done.  But nobody wants to do it.  
I'm all for suggestions and idea.  But people have to realise that 
unless someone steps forward and actually does it, nothing will be 
accomplished.  All it takes is one person to start and others will 
join in.  But it seems nobody cares enough to do it.

I agree with the above.  Please folks, it's pretty simple to do.  Do 
it.

Good words.  With that, I hope we hear the last about how bad things 
are.  Either accept things, or improve them.  But please, spare us
