	If you upgrade to 3.2-Stable you will discover that the softupdates
sources have been moved into the /usr/src/sys tree with the rest of the
kernel sources. You can get info on upgrading at
http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/ under the category, "Upgrading from
source."
