The best tidbit I have to offer at the moment is that I distinctly remember
large amounts of ZFS checksum errors on reads under load using a particular
version of the smartpqi driver. Unfortunately I don't remember exactly which
version(s). After performing a scrub under CentOS, my mind was at ease know=
ing
the integrity of the data written to disk was 100% and that these checksum
errors on reads were due to a driver issue. I can't say with any certainty
that's what's happening in your case, but it may be worth the piece of mind=
 to
investigate.
