both ftp.FreeBSD.org and ftp.dk.FreeBSD.org are in the progress of
fetching the mini ISO now, when they have it, both will have a complete
4.5-RELEASE mirror.

But ftp.FreeBSD.org could take a while, it running with a load index
around 150 at the moment, pushing about 30 Mbyte/s (that is 240 Mbps).

One Unix to rule them all, One Resolver to find them,
One IP to bring them all and in the zone to bind them.
