Yes, as far as I can tell. I have no longer working TC1000, so I can't
verify it actually, but this is in fact bug/defect in TC1000's BIOS.
Anyhow, they are almost unavailable now, so this could be closed. If
anybody need it, patch could be re-fit to current sources.
