Not really.  If the chat script is provided though it should make it
really easy.

Use iijppp, aka ppp(1).

Copy the 'papsite' definition from /etc/ppp.conf and use it as the basis
for your Advantis profile.  You'll have to figure out the exact login
(chat) sequence, but this can be done by just logging in manually once and
noting down what you were prompted and what you responded with.  On some
servers you may not even need much of a script -- dialing in is all you
need.
