>From the threads library point of view, adding TLS support
can be done regardless of whether KSE works on sparc64 or
alpha.  The framework is all there for sparc64 and alpha
and TLS support for them can be added just like the others.
I view TLS support and KSE working on alpha/sparc64 as two
disjoint things.
