Isdn4bsd in -stable was upgraded to the latest version from -current, which
is i4b version 1.00.1.

I4b users who are using the kernel level PPP driver (isp<n>) interfaces
cannot use spppcontrol anymore but _must_ use ispppcontrol to configure
the isp<n> interfaces. This also means, that it is no longer possible to
use the sppp* keywords in rc.conf, instead use ispppcontrol in your shell
scripts or use isdnd.rc to configure the isp<n> interfaces.

In case of doubt, read the fine manual pages and the other docs provided.
