cd /usr/ports/x11-wm/blackbox
make install
OR
portinstall blackbox
--> if you have portupgrade installed.

go to you home dir and open a file called .xinitrc and .xsession
put in the following --> "exec blackbox"
erase gnome stuff in these dirs.

after that type "startx" and blackbox is up and running.
