hello davide,

/usr/ports/comms/ltmdm is the only winmodem driver about which i
know.  you can read the pkg-descr and follow the URL to see if it
supports your chipset.

the search features at freshports.org may also help you to locate any
other winmodem ports.

p.s.  NDIS works for many NICs.  perhaps it may also be made to
support winmodems.  you have a bit of homework to do.
