I see in src/sys/dev/sio.c that there is support for a few pci
controller-based modem cards in 4.x. Does anyone have a mapping of the
device id's to model names? There seem to be a couple of usrobotics
modems that are controller-based and work under linux, does anyone have
experience with them under bsd?

Thank you for your time.

p.s. as an aside, what do the tags old_RELENG_4 etc on sio.c mean? Is this
different from the regular RELENG_4 series?
