I had a deliberate reason _not_ to make this change, I also didn't
give any permission to do this, only to follow the proc changes.

My reasoning is as such: the project is now called net-snmp, however
they haven't made a release yet. Therefore there is no such software
called net-snmp-4.whatever, so we shouldn't install a port/package
called that.

Please revert the name-change commits.
