nah just tell them to ditch the NT, and get a FreeBSD Interjet :)
does it all automatically..

The following schemes exist to my knowledge:

mail to special 'target' address "<my-domain@mailserver.isp.com>"
finger "my-domain@mailserver"
ETRN on modern sendmail.
UUCP
POP3/IMAP with redistribution.
