Thank you very much for this patch. I'll try it out as soon as it's
finished building some essential ports that need to built with
options.

Then I need to bring it up from 13.1-p2 to 13-stable (I think??
If it can be patched against -release-p2 then I'll do that, because
i *think* that means it'll still be able to use freebsd-update)

You may be interested why I'm interested in having rpi4 sound.
This machine is/will be a low-energy-requirement desktop replacement
running 24/7. Sound is the only thing missing).
