Listen my little story. After succesfull installation of FreeBSD 2.2.7 I try as root: cd /usr/share/examples/libvgl make demo /usr/share/examples/libvgl/demo It works fine. I see different simple pictures. But after that I can not use my virtual console. Good. Then I try type some command ( my screen all this time is blank ) and after that press not <ENTER> but <Ctrl J>. And it works. Then I try press < vi Ctrl J> - and my editor also works. Than I think : may be it is because of shell. And I replace root's shell from csh to tcsh. Then I try again /usr/share/examples/libvgl/demo Now all is good. So I ask you: who is wrong ? I, bacause I don't understand something , or csh ? Thank you in advance Murza Prosianow ---------------------------------------------------------------- Get your free email from AltaVista at http://altavista.iname.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
