Agreed.  That script definitely belongs in this directory.  I
consider packages to be the ports tree's job (although I guess it
could go either way depending on whether one thinks ports/Mk and
ports/Tools does the package building or usr.sbin/pkg_install :).
I will request the repocopy soon if no one else complains.
