Peter Wemm sent a really good recipe to current@ a while back on how to do
a good switch from 4.x to -CURRENT, or from old -CURRENT to new -CURRENT.
If you can't find that in the archives, you'll be able to fix this
problem, by doing:

# rm -rf /usr/include/*
# make installworld

Then build gdm2.
