I know of noone writing a lowlevel driver for it.

The I-talk is different from the I-surf: the I-surf uses an IPAC while
the I-surf has an ISAC, ISAR and an ARCOFI.

The ISAC code can be re-used from another driver but the rest has to
be written from scratch.
