I just installed an Ensoniq es1371 from Creative for $29.95 US. The
speakers with a subwoofer cost twice as much. I was trying to figure
out what I had to do and then I read the article on Dan's FreeBSDDiary
at http://www.freebsddiary.org/sound.html. What is missing is that you
have to enable sound on KDE, which is a control panel option. It still
didn't work but then I found that the speaker volume was on 0 :).
