Beyond syntactic checks there is little of value that can be done
to prove that an address is real other than mailing to it.  Even
then it is unlikely that you will get positive confirmation that
the address is good.  If you get a bounce then you know it is bad
at the time it bounced.

Still testing addresses by mailing to them could be construed as spam so
proceed at your own risk
