It's an extremely good book for installing, setting up and using
FreeBSD. I just started with it, myself. Well-written and fun.

Off the top of my head, though, if you are looking for a complete Unix-y
system administration text you might want to go with the Nemeth, et al
book -Unix System Administration Handbook- or the O'Reilly one by Aileen
Frisch.
