Hey Kris,

I am currently running a 5.0 sparc64 (November 30) machine with a
NFSroot from a i386 4.7-RELEASE server.

I've built a complete world/kernel on the sparc (hence, heavy nfs usage)
and also built some packages. I have not encountered this problem.
