>Description:
After plugging reader in USB, device is recognized, but
trying to mount the device fails.
"I don't always get a /dev/da0s1 entry when media
is inserted. I do get /dev/da0, but /dev/da0s1 doesn't appear
until after I try mounting from /dev/da0. Once that fails,
/dev/da0s1 appears and I can successfully mount my flash card."

This has been reported at, and quoted from, kern/47877 (which had two
problems reported in it, and was closed after one had been fixed, see
also kern/49054).
