Can we get your kernel config file?

It kind of looks like you didn't remove all the old sound stuff or something
like that. If you want to use Luigi's driver you ONLY need ->
controller pnp0
device pcm0 [at isa? port ? tty irq XX drq XX flags 0x0 (for ISA)]
