[ update to textproc/diffutils ] According to Edwin Groothuis: > GNU diffutils 2.7 has some serious bugs wrt file ending with no > end of lines. This commit gives me the opportunity to reopen a not-so-recent can of worm: can we update diffutils in the base and put back a virgin version of patch? We are gratuituously different from probably all the other Unixes in that we need the port versions of patch/diff for svn and arch. That's ridiculous IMNSHO. It needs to be carefully tested WRT to cvs but I really really think we need to do it. I'm even willing to do the work if needs be. -- Ollivier ROBERT -=- FreeBSD: The Power to Serve! -=- roberto@keltia.freenix.fr Darwin snuadh.freenix.org Kernel Version 6.8: Wed Sep 10 15:20:55 PDT 2003
