It means that a TCP connection to a host to which you're directly connected retransmitted a packet. e.g. it's nothing to worry about. I thought that it was only a high-level-debugging message in the new routed but I must not have been paying enough attention. In any case, it can be safely ignored; at worst it's a symptom of some other problem that you may be having. Bill
