  Repocopy from net-mgmt/cacti-spine (r419786) -> net-mgmt/cacti88-spine
  
  Multithreaded poller for Cacti written in C
  
  New releases of Cacti are still unable to work with useful plugins like
  "GPS Map" and "Network Weathermap".
