    FAQ: Do not explain how to get ports twice
    
    Instead, point users to the appropriate chapter in the handbook.
    
    I've named the anchor "ports-using-installation-methods" for consistency
    with the existing ones. There is no need to break existing bookmarks.
    At least for now.
