No, a POP server should be able to be included seamlessly in the bsae system 
through a more advanced package system. I'm probably closer to the POP server 
problem than most, and I've yet to run across a freeware popper that doesn't 
make me want to throw up. The user should have the choice of what makes 
him/her/it throw up, however, which is why the POP servers should remain a 
package and be kept out of /usr/src.

Hopefully Packages-TNG will appear sooner rather than later.
