Nope, you're right. I don't have, and that was the problem.

Which is odd, it was zsh, I'm not sure if I installed the port or package
and I can't take it off and reinstall it on the machine at the moment, but
it might not have updated /etc/shells when it installed then.

Although I think it's probably just a case of me being a moron at the
wheel again =)
