Hear hear. I think that Mike is too defensive sometimes. No-one is attacking you Mike, we are just highlighting a problem to get some discussion going on the issue. I am very happy to see that this thread has created meaningfull discussion with several possible solutions. That's a whole lot better than the thread that this one has grown from!
