Manish,

  Are you sure that you have got your firewall rules setup?  It's the
divert natd all from any to any via ${oif} that you need.  oif is the
name of your outside interface and that also assumes that you can cat
/etc/services|grep natd and get a port number.  If not, figure out what
port natd is running on and modify accordingly.
  Hope that's some help.
