I've tried the Zoom v.90 and the Hayes v.90, I could
not get either do dial.  When I tried to get the Zoom 
to dial, it would freeze my system.  I downgraded to
3.4 and PAO, it wouldn't freeze my system, but I
wouldn't dial either...
