	There are 2 ways to do dynamic IP addressing considering PPP :

	BOOTP , which  basically has nothing to do with PPP
	itself , 
	and
	NCP - network control proto, which is actually a part of PPP.
	As far I as know , the PPP in FreeBSD is all-relevant-RFCs compliant,
	therefore there shouldn't be any restrictions on dynamic IP
	addrs negotiating :)
