Hello,

as you can see in the following page there's a link for the TODO list, 
but below there are a bunch of ongoing or wanted projects:
http://www.freebsd.org/docproj/current.html

Why don't we have only one but comprehensive TODO list? Why are these 
two lists split? If I take the time to make a patch to move these 
projects to the TODO table, would somebody commit it?
