I had this problem long before 4.1.1, several months ago, but I'm not exactly sure what caused it. I assume that your on-board SCSI controller is trying to use IRQ15. Go into the Compaq System Setup and make sure no devices are using IRQ15 except for possibly the on-board IDE controller (which is what is _supposed_ to be using it). That solved it for me. I've got a PR open on this, but I haven't yet had time to figure out exactly what caused it since it is on a production system.
