If you mean Microsoft Internet Explo[rd]er, no, that's a Microsoft
product.  We don't do Microsoft.

Use Netscape instead.  You'll find it in the Ports Collection.

You need to appreciate that FreeBSD is not Linux.  Check the on-line
handbook (http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/index.html) for an
introduction.
