91 was the old uid:gid for gdm.  This was already reserved by mailman,
so I changed it to 92.  If you install the _lastest_ gdm or gdm2, it
will create a gdm user with uid:gid 92 if one does not already exist. =20

It's safe to leave things as 91 if you're not using mailman.
