Enable HIPE, JAVA and WX by default

I believe the HIPE, JAVA and WX options should be enabled out-of-the-box. An
Erlang developer expects them to be available in a standard Erlang/OTP
distribution.

Furthermore, --disable-hipe installs a broken HiPE application (half of the
modules are present). This is a known upstream problem, not a FreeBSD port
problem. But this gives the false impression that HiPE is enabled.
