I'm afraid, for a  newbie this would sound like a  refusal _of the whole
mailing list_ to offer any help, because the cd was bought elsewhere.

I know this is  not true at all, but that's what it  sounds like and the
`<nag>' may or may not help it... Just my humble opinion, of course.

Mark, please, wait for someone with a  clue that neither Chad nor I have
to respond...
