It's tricky quoting base64 messages - can you tell your mailer not to
do that ?
Anyway, it looks as if your ISP is doing PAP or CHAP. Do a ``set
authname'' and ``set authkey'' and then type ~p after logging in. If
your ISP *is* doing PAP or CHAP, this should sort things out.
