As far as I know, you cannot. A winmodem is designed to work only under
Windows.

It is probably possible to write a device driver for it, but from what I
have read no one has ever written one. I do not know whether it is because
no one knows the technical specifications, or because simply no one ever
decided to write it. Perhaps someone else can explain that.
