# ipfw -i table 100 list
192.168.0.0/24 10.0.0.1

man ipfw:

     -i      When listing a table (see the LOOKUP TABLES section below for
             more information on lookup tables), format values as IP
             addresses. By default, values are shown as integers.

At present, values are 32 bit unsigned integers internally and are parsed so.
