I've read it.  It's a very big *may*.

I've also looked at the ports INDEX which shows exactly two entries
for lesstif, the port itself, and the linux version.

We use open-motif as the dependency for any and all motif applications
now, which means that a number of other people also seem to share
my views on the license.

Lesstif is dead, Jim.
