That's why I didn't report this earlier as I forgot to note down when it
stopped working, I've been tracking -STABLE since installing 4.0-RELEASE
it worked under RELEASE and for a fair while under STABLE but then after
one make world it just suddenly stopped working (I didn't notice for a
while due to not using the flag)
