 I can accept that this might need discussion. I think a succinct 
 starting topic is:
 
 If ipv6_defaultrouter or other IPv6-specific variables are specified 
 in rc.conf but ipv6_enable is not, how do we alert the user that only 
 some of the expected actions were taken?
